Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What happens if I have more than two boxes?

Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 2 boxes. Exceeding this limit attracts a ₦10,000 fine. Please be considerate of space and other passengers.

2. Can I choose my own pickup or drop-off location?

Only the Whole Ride (Deluxe) package allows you to select your own location. For other packages, the group agrees on a common pick-up or drop-off spot via the WhatsApp group.

3. What if we are more than 5 passengers?

No problem! Click the "Our group size exceeds the total number of seats available" option during booking. A VarsityRide representative will reach out to help with custom arrangements.

4. Is the price different if I book for more than one person?

No. All prices are charged per passenger regardless of the package.
For example:
Book for Myself and Others costs ₦35,000 per person.

5. Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel. However, cancellations must be made at least 4 days before the scheduled ride, you'll receive a full refund minus a ₦5,000 processing fee for each customer. Cancellations made less than 4 days before the scheduled ride are eligible for only a 70% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the ride are non-refundable.
