Our Ride Packages

Getting to School Just Got Easier. Find the plan that fits your journey.

General Information

  • Once your ticket is approved (this will take between 24-48 hours and if your ticket cannot be approved you will be provided a full refund), you'll receive your driver's details, including name, phone number, email, license plate, vehicle information, and a photo.
  • A WhatsApp group will be created with you, your fellow passengers, the driver, and a VarsityRide admin to finalize pick-up and drop-off points.

Here you can book multiple seats for yourself and friends.
Ensure all passenger details are filled in correctly to avoid confusion.
You are also expected to carry no more than 2 boxes each.

Reserve the entire ride for you and your friends.
Here you can book the whole ride for yourself and friends. If you plan to have more than 5 passengers, please indicate by selecting the "Our group size exceeds the total number of seats available" button.
Consider total luggage volume when exceeding the standard limit of 5.

Enjoy full flexibility with this premium option.
Here you can choose any drop-off or pick-up location within your target area (e.g., anywhere within Lagos).
If you're exceeding 5 passengers, select "We Will Exceed 5" and a representative will assist with planning.
Take luggage space into account if your group is large.

Ride Tracking

On the day of your ride, a real-time tracking link will be shared with all passengers via email and the WhatsApp group chat. You can simply paste this link into your browser to view the live location of your ride.
For added security and peace of mind, this tracking link will also be shared with the guardian contacts of all passengers.

Passenger Limit

  • Each ride accommodates a maximum of 5 passengers.
  • If your group exceeds this limit, please select the "We Will Exceed 5" option during booking. A VarsityRide representative will contact you to make appropriate arrangements.

Luggage Limit

  • Each passenger is allowed a maximum of two boxes.
  • Exceeding this limit will result in a fine.

Refunds & Rescheduling

Rescheduling a Ride
  • You may reschedule your ride by sending an email to: varsityride@gmail.com.
  • Rescheduling must be done at least 4 days before the scheduled ride.
  • Requests made less than 4 days in advance will attract a rescheduling fine.
Refund Policy
  • If you cancel your ride more than 4 days in advance, you are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee.
  • If you cancel your ride less than 4 days before the scheduled date, only 70% of your payment will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your ride are eligible for only a 50% refund.
Fine Payment Policy
  • All fines (e.g., for excess luggage or late rescheduling) must be paid promptly.
  • If you refuse or fail to pay a fine, the amount will be deducted from your booking payment, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • VarsityRide representatives are always available and willing to discuss special situations or unique cases. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
